Carlton D'Silva

With over 18 years of experience, Carlton’s expertise in the digital arena is imaginative and inspiring, giving HDS a creative edge in the industry. With an agile and dynamic team of visualisers, designers, and copywriters, he has been responsible for creating over 3,500 websites and games for domestic and international clients and has worked on more than 1,000 promotional campaigns over the years – winning innumerable accolades including the PMAA’s, Abby’s and the Globes among others.

Carlton joined Hungama in 1999 and has been instrumental in creating the brand it is today. Under his aegis the team works on ideas across multiple devices, apart from the PC, like WebTV, IPTV, Tablets, Mobile and new App platforms like the Intel App World.

Carlton has been on the Jury Panel of the Cannes Advertising Awards in 2012. He is also on the jury of the Abby Awards (Ad Club of Bombay) and Yahoo Big Idea Chair Awards and was part of the jury in the New York Ad festival in 2010 and Adfest Asia in 2011.

In his spare time, as and when HDS can spare him, Carlton watches the best that Hollywood has to offer and stays 100% updated on digital trends and the latest English television series alike.

Srinivas Bhat

Srinivas is with the WPP group for more than 23 years. Currently, he heads the Finance function of the company.

Previous to HDS, he worked with Contract and JWT india.

Executive Creative Director

Kamal Amesur is the Executive Creative Director at HDS – a WPP Group Company. A chemistry graduate with a creative equation in his head, made him persuade a Diploma course in Graphic Design. Kamal has been living and breathing Digital since 1999. He’s been actively involved in many National and International award-winning campaigns for HDS.

Kamal’s role in HDS is to work on pitches and get new business. And he sure is pretty good at it! Some of the clients he is directly involved with are ACC Cement, Godrej, HUL, Mahindra, Wipro and Intel. His keen understanding of client objectives and brand understanding helps the creative team translate the same into effective creative digital solutions.

Kamal has also been a part of jury at the PMAA & Globes. And when he is not working…well, he is breathing (read Pranayam). Oh yes! He’s been practicing Yoga for over 10 yrs. So one can imagine what a health-freak he is! Oh, did we mention he loves cheese vada pav? Irony, right?

Head of Innovations

Mandar Kamat heads the Innovation Division at Hungama Digital Services. With a Bachelors Degree in Engineering and Career spanning over a decade, Mandar has been instrumental in giving innovative technical solutions to our clientele. In his career he has won an array of accolades including the Asia Pacific Nokia Challenge and AD Club Bombay Awards. Starting his career as a Passionate Coder gives him a knack for constructing applications and carrying those applications smoothly through all phases of development.

Creative Director

With More than 15 years of experience in the Digital industry, Manesh began his career as a Graphic & 3D Artist and kept evolving with the changing trends across the digital medium. Now, he’s an Creative Director at Hungama Digital Services.

He is a Digital native who has created multiple campaigns across multiple mediums including Digital, Activation and Mobile.
Manesh has worked on various innovative campaigns for many global companies such as Mahindra , Intel, Pepsi, Airtel, Microsoft, Godrej, TataSky, TimesNow, UB Group, Hyundai, ACC, Bajaj.

He has played a significant role in helping the agency win more than 50 Metals in Regional and International award shows such as the Kyoorius Digital Awards, GoaFest – Abbys, PMAA, The Globes, Web Award, Designomics, WAT awards, DMAI, IDMA, FICCi –
BAF and the NewYork Fest.

Manesh has served as a Jury at the EEMAX Awards and AdFest Pattaya. He loves to paint, doodle on the iPad, make short films and can #Moonwalk at the drop of a hat!

Associate Creative Director

14 years ago Nishant started his career as a cartoonist with Jam Magazine for around a year & then was attracted to the Digital medium. He moulded himself to work on platforms like gaming, mobile, print but finally found his love in digital. He has worked on several award winning campaigns for clients like Bajaj, Mahindra, Coke, HUL, Sunrisers, SBI, UB group, Aamir Khan Productions, ESPN, ITC, Future Group, MTV etc.

Associate Creative Director

Suraj Talaulikar has started his career in the Digital Medium when not every person had an email ID or a social network account. He has been associated with firms likes Tata Interactive, Brain Visa, OgilvyOne and Isobar, in his career span of 11+ years. Over the years, he embraced the organic nature of interactive creativity and the open
web environment that inspired him to experiment with Web Design & Web 2.0 tools. He truly enjoys blending ideas, art and technology. He has worked on some of the leading Social, CRM and Online Integrated Campaigns and communication designs experiences for various clients such as Vodafone, Ponds, Lux, Lipton yellow label tea, Axis Bank, Emirates, Taj group, Bajaj, Mahindra, channel [V], Bollywood Hungama, Lakme, Radio Mirchi, Tata Sky, Total lubricants, Kellogg’s, P&G, Wipro, Signature (USL) etc.

Associate Creative Director

With over 17 years of experience in the digital space, Paresh currently leads as an Associate Creative Director at Hungama Digital Services. Over the years, he has been associated with over 50+ Brands, 80+ Movies and 20+ celebrities and his portfolio includes work for brands such as Tata Sky, Pepsi, T-series, Mahindra, Tata AIA, Godrej, Radio Mirchi, and the Praja Foundation to production companies and celebrities including Rajshri, Amir Khan, Subhash Ghai and Ram Gopal Varma among others. He also has innumerable awards and accolades to his credit ranging from the PMAAs to the ABBYs.

Having worked across various platforms related to UX, UI, development, sound, motion, team & client management, Paresh has greatly expanded his boundaries beyond his core expertise of graphic design. A calm chap, who can handle the most stringent of deadlines, Paresh is quite the tech geek and loves music.

He believes that one can learn the value of hard work by working hard at all times.

Surya Narayanan
Head of Business

With over twelve years of experience, Surya is the head of business at HDS. He has worked in India, Indonesia, Kenya and West Africa. Besides digital marketing, Surya has worked in traditional creative agencies including JWT and Leo Burnett. Surya has developed and executed campaigns for world class brands like McDonald’s, Diageo, Standard Chartered Bank, Vodafone, Safaricom, Airtel and AEGON. Prior to HDS, Surya was the General Manager, West Africa for Squad Digital based out of Ghana. Outside a regular workday, Surya loves to read, watch movies and drink coffee.

Head of Business - North & East

Arup is a digital marketing professional for past 9 years. With his vast experience in the field, he is currently heading Hungama Digital Services in North & East regions of India. His teams manage overall marketing strategy to improve online reputation and increase brand credibility in the online space. He has assisted clients with experiential marketing campaigns, augmented reality and social media campaigns during his stint in the industry. His clientele ranges from FMCG, consumer durables, liquor, infrastructure etc. Other than work, he enjoys networking with people, watching movies and listening to music.

Shashank Veerappa
Head of Business - South

Shashank heads the India South region and looks into client servicing and new business initiatives. With over 11 years of experience he has been in the Digital business for 10 years. Shashank joined Hungama Digital Services in October 2015 and has been handling some of the key accounts including WIPRO, Pedigree, Lenovo and Kalyan Jewellers. He holds a Masters of Sales & Marketing. His interests include biking, off roading, traveling and adventure sports.
